Pangea Systems LLC built the Transponder app as a Free app. This Service is provided by Pangea Systems LLC at no cost and is intended for use as-is.

To use this Service, we require you to provide us with location information limited to GPS location, direction and speed as well as app version information. The information that we request is will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. This location information is associated particularly to the vessel participating in the Event and is not tied to an individual persona in any way. Multiple individuals may utilize the Transponder app simultaneously to contribute location information regarding the vessel in which they mutually are embarked upon; this information is associated to the vessel and not any individual on the crew.
The app does not use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
The website for viewing the Event provided by the Service does not use these “cookies”.

There are no Third Party service providers for the Service provided by Sailtracker.
